Does OTP Confirmation need to be confirmed by the client by submitting the same on given link for any Off Market transaction?
Yes . NSDL Depository is sending the OTP link on client registered Mobile & email id post the DIS execution done by DP .Once the OTP is confirmed, the off market transfer instruction(s) as selected by the client will be processed.
How to calculate stamp duty amount for off market sell transactions ?

Is it stamp duty applicable for Off Market Transaction through DIS ?
