What should I do if I forget my password?
Open the IIFL Markets App and go to the Login screen. On the login screen, tap the “Forgot Password?” link.
Enter your PAN and Client ID/Mobile Number/Email as requested. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and/or email address.
Enter the OTP you received to proceed with the password reset. Set a New Password:
The password must be 8-12 characters long. Include at least 1 special character (e.g., @, #, $). Include 1 numeric value (e.g., 1, 2, 3). Include 1 uppercase letter (e.g., A, B, C). Confirm your new password and tap Submit to complete the reset process.
